In 2025, our monthly SCI-MAA Gatherings were a great success. Therefore, in 2026, you'll have the wonderful opportunity to experience the magic and power of SCI-MAA Ceremony Level 01 on a monthly basis. This journey of storytelling will lead you to inner through sacred guided linguistic dance, mindfulness techniques, shamanic-animistic performance art medicine songs, sound healing, and poetry, all uniquely tailored by the SCI-MAA Guide.
Each event will introduce you to the practice, the Guide, and the intention of the Ceremony. After session, you’ll feel grounded and relaxed, with the chance to socialize with fellow Tribe over snacks and drinks.

This event organised by Charlotte Owens is a seed, a legacy. It is more than one event. It is a rejection of isolation and separation. It is where we begin to truly open ourselves into the lives of others.
The Red Thread Retreat is a gathering held 6 times every year, where women’s wisdom flows across the generations from elders, to mothers, sisters, to children and all the way back.
Here grandmothers, mothers, daughters, sisters and maidens come together to give and receive in balance.
This event will be the first exploration of our vision in action. Those who attend will actively create the architecture of our community and chosen family.
As this is a flexible and organic environment, the exact activities cannot be defined until we have agreed on them collectively.
Some specific activities may include Matriarch Circles, SCI MAA Sacred Linguistic Dance, Sweat Lodge, Ritual Silk Botanical Dyeing, Sacred Shibari, Somatic Movement Practices, Nature Playspaces, Matriarchal Animism Practices, Vocal Toning and Kirtan, Massage (Lympathic Drainage, Lomi Lomi, Zen Thai Shaitsu), Surprise Performances and much more...

Are you looking for a powerful and fun way to be yourself?
This workshop is pretty unique in itself. If you are really looking for ways to express yourself in a new light and rediscover your potential: consider participating without any doubts to this workshop.
You will engage in various expressive activities designed to help you release resistance and explore yourself more deeply. It will be super fun! We guarantee you :).
Each session starts with a short SCI-MAA Level 01 Sacred Linguistic dance (active meditation), which includes also SCI-MAA Water Language and a quick Reiki.
The next portion of the workshop create a supportive atmosphere where you can rediscover yourself and share your voice and connect with fellow participants.
Snacks and drinks are provided in the second portion of the workshop.
After attending 1-3 workshops, you will start feeling the changes within yourself with more confidence and ability to express yourself in a new manner and you have forged new connections with like-minded SCI-MAA brothers and sisters.

"Energy healing is a holistic approach where participants channel universal life force (or healing Energy) into individuals to help restore balance, promote healing, and eliminate Blockages within the body. This practice aims to restore and maintain flow, balance, harmony, and vitality during treatments. Energy Medicine encompasses various holistic healing modalities, such as Reiki Energy Healing, Light Therapy, Acupuncture, Reflexology, Thai Massage, Tapping, and more.
Accordingly, SCI-MAA is also an Energy Medicine practice in which the Guide focus on assisting participants in achieving balance, healing, and the removal of Energy Blockages within the body.”

In SCI-MAA’s philosophy, firstly, trees are fundamentally important to understand the human body, and specifically subtle Energy movements. Secondly, there is not separation between Matter, Spirit, and Emotion. The body, the soul and all others subtle energies as the life force, the yin and yang primordial fields of Energy are interlinked.
This approach of different forms of Energy manifestations being interlinked can be found also in various traditions as in the Yoruba Traditions, in Africa. In the Yoruba tradition, there is no separation of the body, the soul, and therefore Energy fields.
Throughout history and across different cultures, many animist and religious traditions have utilised the Tree of Life as a symbol illustrating the link between the physical and spiritual realms, celestial forces, and the concept of rebirth. From Viking lore to Chinese beliefs, various societies have embraced the Tree of Life analogy in their religious practices, artistic expressions, and cultural narratives.
SCI-MAA is an animist practice. Animism is the belief that objects, places, and creatures all possess a distinct spiritual essence. Tree possesses therefore a spiritual essence; this spiritual essence is like the soul of a human. This spiritual essence is nourished by different primordial life forces or energies such as Yin and Yang Energies. In SCI-MAA practice, the human body is metaphorically likened to a tree, where its essence represents the soul, which is nourished by fundamental life forces and its manifestation in the material reality: the body.
In SCI-MAA practice, the human subtle energy field operates in a manner like a tree’s energy field, but on a subtle energy level.
In this workshop you will engage in various self-awareness and expressive activities to rediscover yourself through the application of the SCI-MAA Tree analogy to understand the relationship between your body, mind, and emotions.
Each session will introduce to SCI-MAA as an Energy practice and guide you to release stagnant energy and explore yourself more deeply.
Snacks and drinks are provided in the second portion of the workshop.

Join us for the upcoming "Rhythms of Transformation" Level 1 End of Year Ceremony.
During the event, the space will be transformed into a Ceremony Level 01 to honor the conclusion of the year. This setting will provide an opportunity for reflection, allowing participants to review past actions, express gratitude, and set intentions for the upcoming cycle while also letting go of what no longer serves them.
You will be guided through this journey by Sabine, founder of SCI-MAA and a Level 03 SCI-MAA Guide.
You'll embark also on a storytelling journey through art performances with different SCI-MAA Guides: Kate, Christina, and Josh, showcasing their unique healing arts, smoke ceremonies, and poetry longside guest Princess Alanna, who will share her song-poetry addressing women's challenges. Mind-body cleansing, and Reiki, will also be available.

Exploring how we can honour our own expression and the expression of nature that surrounds us; its Divine beauty and abundance it offers. She will hold a safe space where she will express herself as a SCI-MAA Guide (Shamanka) thru art performance, poetry and reiki healing will be offered.
As a tradition, a second Guide assists the primary guide. In this workshop, Kate Stockdale, a Level 1 SCI-MAA Guide, will perform a clearing of the space with a very special Smoke Ceremony.
